Africa Outreach Manager Lindiwe Ngwenya escourted Sudanese burns survivor Rachid Dahiye to Tunis in May 2008 and with 23 hours to spare in Cairo on the return journey, got to check out the pyramids as well. The image is not superimposed… it just looks like she is touching the top of a pyramid!
